I.  Name:

     A. The name of the club shall be:  XTREME LOWZ


II.  Purpose:

    A.  To bring together people interested in mini-trucking and  its various events, and to cultivate and uphold the high  ideals of friendship and justice upon which this club was  founded.


III.  Observance of Laws:

    A.  No gang affiliation of any sort or drugs at any time.
    B.  No alcohol during meetings, cruise nights, or while in caravan.
    C.  No horseplay during meetings.
    D.  Any member caught carrying any weapons to any club activities will be dismissed from the club.
    E.  Your are responsible for any damage that you or one of  your guest(s) may cause.

     

All rules apply to board members also.  Always remember,anything you do
at anytime reflects on the name Xtreme Lowz!



IV.  Requirements for Membership:
 

    A.  Applicants are required to attend 4 consecutive meetings and one 3 day run.  Applicants will be voted on at the following meeting.

    B.  Applicants' vehicle must be present at this meeting unless otherwise excused.

    C.  All vehicles must meet the following criteria for admission

      1.  Vehicle must be clean, lowered and one color (graphics and two-tones are accepted).

        a.  Lowered vehicles (Xtreme Lowz):  Must be "Cal Style", lowered with rims not sticking out, roll pan, shaved, custom aluminum or chrome wheels, etc.

        b.  Raised vehicles (Xtreme Highz):  Foreign must be raised at least 5" inches; Domestic must be raised at least 3" inches.  Both must have a minimum of 10"inch wide custom wheels with no smaller than 33" inch tires.
         

    D.  Initial fee will be $25 dollars to join and will include a  logo and the privilege to purchase shirts, hats, jackets, etc.   Fee will be due no later than two calendar weeks following admittance to the club.

    E.  If a new member is put on probation before receiving  his/her logo, they will not be allowed to get one until you have completed all terms of your probation.


V.  Meeting Rules:
 

     A.  Meetings are to be held on every even Sunday of the  month at the president's house at 7:00 PM except prior to a run.  In this exception, meetings will be held every Sunday for one month prior to the show weekend.

    B.  All meetings are mandatory unless otherwise excused.

    C.  If you have to miss a meeting, call any board member and inform them that you will be absent.

    D.  Dues will be paid at the first meeting of every month unless prior arrangements have been made with the club treasurer.

    E.  Members cannot bring guests to the meetings unless the guest is seriously interested in joining the club.  Members are responsible for their parties.

    F.  Folders will be supplied and must be brought to every meeting.  There will be a ten dollar fine for lost folders.
     


VI.  Show Rules:

The definition of a show is to include all of the following but not only:  1 day shows, cruise nights, car  washes, charity events, 3 day truck runs, and anything where you by yourself or the club as a whole will be representing the name Xtreme Lowz.
 

    A.  No weapons or fighting:

      1.  If caught fighting you may be fined and/or  put on probation and/or scratched.

      2.  If. you are caught with a weapon of any sort you could be scratched from the club immediately and indefinitely.

      3.  If a fight occurs (with you or another club member) report it immediately to security and/or a board member.

    B.  No illegal drugs, glass bottles or trouble makers.

    C.  No alcohol permitted at any show (excluding truck runs).

    D.  Always obey security and staff.

    E.  Obey all rules of the hosting club or organization.
     


VII.  Caravan Rules:
 

    A.  A caravan consists of 3 or more vehicles.

    B.  Caravan with headlights turned on.

    C.  No reckless driving.  Stay in one line when possible, no unnecessary ins and outs.

    D.  Let cars pass through when necessary.

    E.  No open containers of alcohol, drugs or paraphernalia will be permitted in the cab of any vehicle to and from club functions.
